We are adding a wing at the nursing home I work in for Adult Day Care. It’s up to us to make up some policies and procedures including emergency procedures, the purpose of our program, rules, program structure and more. We are starting out with our own residents to see how it will work. Anyone have suggestions on where I can find an outline to base it off of? Or something of the sort?
