What happens at your first cardiac appointment when moved to adult care?

I have an appoint soon for my yearly appointment but this time bcoz i am 18 it is with adult cardiac care instead and i was wondering what is going to happen such as tests,etc.

They’ll do basics like blood work to check your enzyme and oxygen levels, blood pressure, and usually a tread mill (stress test) to measure how much work your heart can take at certain levels of cardiovascular stress.
